1. Ceiling fans and light fixtures
One spot that is often overlooked when cleaning is ceiling fans and light fixtures. However, if left alone for too long they can develop a thick layer of dust which not only detract from the cleanliness of the room but will also continue to spread dust and allergens throughout the house which renders any other dusting useless.

2. Baseboards
Many times baseboards are overlooked in a home. They can harbor a lot dust and grime, especially when pets and young children are in the home. However, once they have a good initial scrubbing they are much easier to maintain and bi weekly cleaning will prevent dust and grime build up which will leave your home sparkling!

3. Kitchen sinks
Take a look at your sink. Is it sparkling? Or is it looking a little worn out? Most of our sinks are definitely not sparkling like the day we got them and they may in fact down right dirty. They can also have quite a bit of dangerous bacteria growing in them if they are not disinfected properly. A professional cleaner should always disinfect as well as shine and buff your sink.

4. Under Beds
Although no one is looking under your bed, it is an infamous spot for dust bunnies and allergens to live. Other items can often get lost under the bed as well, such as: articles of clothing, food crumbs and toys if you have children or pets. This is a spot that is often skipped but definitely needs attention any time a cleaner comes in.

5. Patio door tracks
This is a very small area that collects SO much dirt if left unattended. Due to the high foot traffic in door tracks, they are often one of the dirtiest places in your home and since it is such a small space, it can be overlooked. However, a good professional cleaner will always notice this spot and make sure it is sparkling clean!
